The current version of this website has no form that submits personal details. You can contact us using the telephone, email and WhatsApp links. These links open the relevant service or application; any information you choose to send will be transmitted to Asaf through that service.
Providing details when you contact us is voluntary and is not a legal obligation. Without appropriate contact details, we will be unable to reply. Information in your enquiry is used to respond, arrange a call and handle your request. There is no need to send an identity number, medical information, account details, policy documents or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
The accessibility tools store display preferences only in your browser: text size, contrast, link highlighting and reduced motion. These preferences are not sent to Asaf or any third party. You can delete them using the reset button in the accessibility tools or by clearing the website’s data in your browser. If storage is blocked, adjustments will apply only during your current visit.
No browsing analytics tools or marketing pixels have been embedded in the website’s code. Infrastructure providers may process technical data, such as IP addresses and request data, to operate and secure the website.
YouTube videos load only after you click the load button. This creates a connection to Google/YouTube, which may process technical data and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy. You can continue browsing without loading videos. Using youtube-nocookie mode does not eliminate all data processing by the service.
You can manage cookies in your browser settings. These settings do not undo information already sent to an external service.
Using WhatsApp, email, YouTube or links to other websites involves external services governed by their own privacy policies. These providers may also process information outside Israel. This policy does not replace the external service’s policy.
This website is accessible over HTTPS. No system is completely secure, so we recommend that you do not send sensitive information in your initial enquiry. If documents are required for an insurance or pension service, please arrange the transfer method directly with Asaf.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information held about you in a database and ask for information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date to be corrected. At 1INS, we value access to services and information for people with disabilities and work to improve the website’s usability. This statement describes the adjustments in place and the checks performed; it is not certification of full compliance with a standard.
The fixed accessibility button at the bottom of the screen opens local display tools: text enlargement up to 150%, high contrast, underlined links and reduced motion. You can reset these adjustments at any time. The tools also work with a keyboard, and display preferences are stored only in your browser. The tools do not modify the external YouTube player and are not a substitute for an accessibility audit or fixing accessibility issues on the website.
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to navigate between links and buttons. Activate links with Enter, and buttons with Enter or the Space bar.
